How I got here.

When I left the Army, I didn’t exactly have “agency coach” on my career plan. I landed a job as a marketer at an agency and just started learning the ropes.

Pretty quickly, I realized I was wired for systems and leadership. I became the head of operations, then eventually became the CEO. I got to see the inside of an agency from every angle. The chaos, the wins, the mistakes, and the grind.

After a while, I knew I wanted something different. I didn’t just want to run an agency. I wanted to help other owners avoid the same challenges I’d already lived through. That’s when I started coaching.

What I brought with me was a mix of military precision, real-world agency battle scars, and a drive to make things simpler for people who are constantly told they need to do more.

I was commissioned as an Infantry Officer in 2012 and have served 13 years. I'm in the Army Reserve now.

I've got to meet some amazing people, do some exciting things, and take plenty of lessons back to the agency world.

I have a beautiful wife and two daughters who keep me sane and focused. 

We love playing outside, going on trips, and duking it out on Mario Kart. 

I like being outdoors and doing stuff. Sometimes, I climb things. Mostly, I just hike.

I've gotten severe frostbite after a mountain climbing accident I probably shouldn't have survived. I've also woken to a bear sniffing my face.
