“Chris was incredibly helpful. After nearly five years of building our agency through trial and error, his Advantage Intensive gave us a much clearer way to position ourselves based on data and strategy instead of gut instinct. I also appreciated that Chris doesn't just tell you what to do, he actually rolls up his sleeves and helps build it with you. Highly recommend.”
The Jumpstart Cohort
Give strangers a reason to hire your agency
A two-month group cohort for agency owners with a few clients and thin revenue. Up to five agencies work through my 11 Differentiation Levers together to find the three to five each one can win on, and I'm in your Slack while you build them out.
$1,000 a month for two months, five seats, starting the week of November 3.
That button books a call with me. We'll look at where your agency is today and I'll tell you straight whether the cohort's the right move. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Where you are
Right now, most people hire you because they know you
You've got a few clients, and most of them came from somebody who already knew you. That's a fine way to start, and it's how almost every agency starts.
The trouble shows up when you try to grow past the people you know. You post on LinkedIn, you send some outreach (maybe you rework the homepage for the third time), and it all lands flat, because a stranger looking at your agency can't see why they'd pick you over the other three on their list. So they compare you on price, or they don't reply.
That's a positioning problem, and tactics don't save bad positioning. I promise you can't out-post it.
The upside of being early is that this is the cheapest it'll ever be to fix. You don't have a team to retrain or a roster of clients to unwind. You get to decide what you're known for before you're known for the wrong thing.
"I had no positioning, no offer, and just felt like I was a glorified freelancer if anything. … We've gotten so clear on what it is I do and who I serve that I barely need to send proposals out anymore."
Defne GenclerLaurel LeafThe levers
A difference can come from eleven places, and you need three to five
You don't need to be the only agency doing what you do. That's dead anyway, because whatever works gets copied by tomorrow. You need three to five levers where you're already near the top of the pack, stacked. One lever is a target. Five is a business a competitor would have to rebuild to match.
The eleven sort into three buckets:
- What you claim. Your market focus, the problem you own, your point of view, and the relationships you can lend a client.
- What you're built on. How you deliver, your method, what you refuse to do, and who does the work.
- Why it's safe to buy. How you charge, the outcome you promise, and how much of the risk you carry.

And you don't need a track record to pull most of them, because plenty of these are decisions you can make this month.
How it works
An hour a week together, and me in your Slack in between
1. We work the levers as a group
Every week the group gets on a one-hour call with me, and we take the levers a few at a time on your own agencies, so you see every place a difference could come from before you bet on one.
2. You find where your advantages are
I ask the questions, and so do the other owners in the room, who'll catch the things you do so naturally you've stopped seeing them as anything special. You leave knowing the three to five levers you're closest to winning on.
3. You flesh them out in Slack, with me
Between calls you've got a direct line to me. Ask whatever you're stuck on while you turn those levers into what you say on a sales call, what's on your site and what you sell.
"I came to Chris as a new agency owner. The Slack channel alone, I think, is worth whatever the price of admission is that you're going to pay."
Ryan GraffFrom my first cohortThe deal
You build it, and I'm in your corner while you do
I'm not going to write your homepage or build your offer for you in this one. You do the building, and you get direct coaching and a straight answer from me whenever you're stuck.
That's on purpose, and it's why this costs $1,000 a month when my 1:1 coaching runs $2,997. In 1:1 we build the assets together. Here you build them, with a coach and a room of people doing the same thing that week.
What you get:
- A one-hour live group session with me every week for two months
- Up to four other agency owners at your stage, working the same levers
- Direct access to me in Slack between sessions
- The 11 Differentiation Levers, worked on your agency
Proof
The cohort is new, but the levers have a track record
This is the first time I'm running it in this format. Nobody quoted on this page went through this exact cohort. They worked the same levers with me 1:1 or in my first cohort, and plenty of them started close to where you are.
"I went full-time with my agency in May, which also happened to be the same month I started working with Chris. Fast forward 9 months, and we've broken the $1M ARR mark."

Proof From Real Agency Owners
The wins speak for themselves.
Dozens of agency leaders have used this system to get clear, refine their offer, and finally build predictable growth.
“When we started working with Chris, we were aiming to enter a new market. Two months after launching our offer for our new ICP, we’ve already had our second-best booked revenue month ever. Even better, about half of those new clients fall directly within our new ICP, which validates the positioning strategy Chris helped us build.”
“I went full-time with my agency in May, which also happened to be the same month I started working with Chris. Fast forward 9 months, and we’ve broken the $1M ARR mark. Chris’ guidance has been absolutely massive for our growth—from packaging my services to refining my messaging, he’s been a game-changer. Having him as a resource not only gave me clarity but also the confidence to scale faster than I thought possible. 10/10, I’d hire him again without hesitation.”
“I started working with Chris right before launching out on my own and starting Gridwork. Before working with Chris, all of my positioning and marketing efforts were bouncing off every wall around me, but he helped me find the best way to communicate the value I provide.”
“I came to Chris looking for help with agency positioning and figuring out why my pipeline wasn't converting consistently. He helped me see that the real problem wasn't my service, it was how I was framing and naming the problem I solve for clients. The best thing about working with Chris is how quickly he gets to the point with sharp and practical advice. If you're an agency owner going in circles on positioning, Chris will get you unstuck fast.”
“I initially reached out to Chris because I'd been running my agency for a couple of years but never really felt like I'd nailed my positioning, which made outreach and client acquisition harder than they should have been. Within 20 minutes of talking to Chris, I had a lot more clarity on how to find and refine my messaging. I appreciated that he didn't try to overprescribe anything, he simply asked the right questions that got me thinking (while providing insights where applicable). I feel a lot more confident about the direction I'm moving in, and I'm excited to see the results of further optimizing my positioning”
“Working with Chris helped us solidify how we communicate our positioning. He was extremely helpful in helping us understand tools and resources to put process around our content development.”
“Chris helped us build a system to clearly communicate what we do and help us to attract the right folks that we want to work with. Grateful for his passion, insights, and willingness to go above and beyond to help grow our business.”
“I had the pleasure of coming across Chris at the All In Agency Summit he organized, and I found his keynote session particularly valuable. After which, I booked a strategy call with him. He was really generous with his time and advice, and the session helped me narrow my niche, sharpen my positioning, and get clearer on the point of view I want to build my business around. What stood out is how quickly he can simplify the path forward. Chris knows how to take an agency that relies on referrals and help it move toward intentional, predictable growth. He is the real deal when it comes to differentiation and positioning. If you want to clarify who you serve, shape a scalable offer, and build marketing that attracts the right clients, I’d strongly recommend working with him. I walked away from our first conversation with real clarity and momentum, and I’m excited to keep building in that direction. Thank you, Chris!”
“I talked with Chris to get a better understanding of how to pick a certain position in a crowded market. He helped me understand how to think about positioning-- how it can help define what services you offer, how it's delivered, everything about how you serve clients. He also had great advice around how to avoid being seen as a commodity, which helped steer me in the right direction. I highly recommend a call with him if you get an opportunity!”
“I had a 30-minute call with Chris and left with some awesome insights to grow my agency. I wanted to learn how to position my email marketing agency better and stand out from my competition. Chris gave me a ton of excellent feedback and ideas - highly recommend booking a call!”
“'m blown away with how much advice Chris provided on a 30-minute call. I joined the call without a clear idea of direction and left with actionable next steps (which have already unlocked a ton of value as I work through them) and multiple resources. If you have the opportunity to schedule with Chris, take it.”
“Chris and his Dynamic Agency OS have made a lasting impression on me. His expertise in strategic specialization and team optimization is impressive, and his commitment to aligning business goals with personal values is truly inspiring. He demonstrates a rare blend of knowledge and genuine care, making it clear that he is dedicated to empowering teams and fostering sustainable success.”
“When I first connected with Chris I was in a rut with my agency. I had no positioning, no offer, and just felt like I was a glorified freelancer if anything. From our very first conversations, Chris offered support and valuable advice. Fast forward to us working together, and I could tell I had made a great decision for my business from day one onwards. Three months in, and we've worked on my positioning, messaging, and offers. Since then the feedback from my prospects has been awesome. We've gotten so clear on what it is I do and who I serve that I barely need to send proposals out anymore. My offer does the "selling" for me. I've noticed my stress levels go down and I'm enjoying running my business again. I look forward to seeing what else we achieve together!”
“Working with Chris was great. The coaching calls offer tremendous value to anyone looking to create offers that their audience will prioritize and create a budget for. We’ve all built offers that we think are great, and sure, they might be great, but you’re probably leaving a lot of money on the table. Chris does a great job of helping you identify your audience, their symptoms, and the problems you actually solve, and then helps you design an offer that’s a no-brainer for your target audience. One of the most useful exercises we did with Chris was identifying symptoms that our target audience is facing. From there, we identified the actual problems that lead to those symptoms. We had never written all of this out, and it’s been extremely helpful to then use this within our main messaging, website copy, lead magnets, and pitch decks to tell and show our audience how we’ll help them achieve their dream outcome.”
“Chris' guidance has instilled discipline across our leadership team. We're now in the process of tightening up internal management processes and repositioning our value proposition for clients, setting us on a path for aggressive growth and long-term success.”
“I attended Chris' Homepage Workshop, which had helped me work out the structure of my agencies' homepage in such way that my prospects get all the necessary information in the right order and appropriate depth. I feel like my efforts will get increased returns after optimising the homepage after Chris' advice. Thank you”
“Chris is a world-class leader and mentor. He's empathetic, encouraging, and gives helpful, candid feedback. Chris helped me develop into a better marketer and entrepreneur. In 1:1s he's fully present and listens carefully, and then asks smart questions to help me gain a clearer perspective on my situation and how to move forward. 10/10 would recommend working with Chris.”
“Chris has been an invaluable resource for my business. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and does a great job of balancing active listening with strategic guidance. But the best part of working with Chris so far has been the clarity he’s provided around my offerings and ultimately the direction for my business.”
“Chris is an adaptive leader and problem solver. He finds creative ways to approach challenges, elevating his client's understanding, and enhancing their capabilities to help their business thrive. Our team has learned an immeasurable amount, and it has been a pleasure working with him.”
“Chris' Dynamic Agency Operating System is the perfect blend of theory and practical application I've seen for agencies that want to sustainably grow their recurring revenue, increase headcount, and multiply their output.”
“I had a lot questions that I didn't have knowledge in and Chris answered all of them and was very professional and respectful. Chris knows the profession and he's willing to help you progress in bettering yourself.”
“Chris has done a great job helping our agency run more efficiently, providing management tools as well as instruction to streamline agency operations, marketing and product development.”
Who it's for
Built for owners who are early and ready to do the building
This is for you if:
- You've got a few clients and revenue you wouldn't call steady yet.
- Most of your work has come from people who already knew you.
- You want to do the building yourself, with someone who's done it telling you where you're off.
- You can give it an hour a week live, plus working time in between.
It's the wrong step if you want it built for you. That's 1:1 coaching, and we should talk about that. And if you've been at it for years with wins to point to, the Advantage Intensive will get you there faster.
Straight answers
What I can promise, and what I can't
- Will this get me clients?
- I can't promise that. Clients come from you taking what we find to market, and that part's in your hands. What's in mine is an hour with you and the group every week, and a straight answer in Slack when you're stuck.
- Revenue's tight. Is $2,000 the right place to put it?
- Maybe not. If $2,000 would put you in a bad spot, start in the Dynamic Agency Community for $97 a year and come back when it wouldn't. But if you're going to spend the next two months posting and pitching anyway, you'll get more out of every hour once you know what you're pitching.
- Why won't you just build it for me?
- Because then you'd own a homepage and I'd own the thinking. Positioning is the founder's job, and you're the one who has to say it on a sales call without me there. If you want it built with you, that's what 1:1 coaching is for.
- What if nothing about my agency is different yet?
- Then we go looking. Some levers you find, and others you decide: who you serve, what you refuse to do, how you charge, how much risk you carry. You can pull those this month with no track record at all.
- What about Thanksgiving and the holidays?
- We schedule around them. If a week doesn't work for the whole group, I'll split that session across more than one time so nobody misses it.
Five seats, starting the week of November 3
You can spend the next two months on another round of posting and pitching and hope something sticks, or you can spend them finding out what you're selling, with me and a handful of other owners in it with you.
Starting an agency is hard and you're still at it. Hell yeah. I'd love to help.
That books a call with me. If the cohort's not the right move for you, I'll tell you on the call.
